Entenmann’s the baked goods company is known for its delicious treats but over the year its taken a back seat to more premium quality baked goods. For this school assignment, I wanted to explore the possibility of Entenmann’s going back to its roots and operating in a space different than what people are use to.
This was a campaign project from school where we had to pick a brand or company that we like or are passionate about what they do or sell. I love a lot of brands and companies and how they market and present products and services. For this project in particular, I wanted to go outside of the ordinary. I wanted to use a brand and company that a lot of people love but was a bit off the beaten path.
Entenmann’s gives me that feeling of visiting your grandmother’s house and noticing the Entenmann’s Pound Cake sitting in the middle of her dinning room table. The unsung desert hero. I wanted to use this project to give customers a different perspective of the Entenmann’s brand. The idea of Take A Closer Look is to give people a fresh but historic perspective of the company. Before Entenmann’s was in any grocery store they had their own bakery. In the heart of Brooklyn. What you see above are campaign design assets and micro-site for the pop up bakery.
